What Doesn’t Kill Us…
Getting right to the point; the most effective way to eliminate undesired or destructive habits, emotions, and actions, is to replace them with the most desired habits, emotions, and actions.
It is quite simple, yet it escapes the practice of so many of us because we seem to have the mistaken idea that great transformations require complex rituals of some sort.
Yet I must insist, that at the same time we replace the habit of procrastination with action habits; when we replace the emotion of guilt with that of gratitude; when we replace the action of time-wasting with that of time-management; we instantly kill the thing that is being replaced.
And this is what makes us so much stronger.
Because when we do not allow those unwanted monsters to kill our dreams, then we remain so much more alive to be what we wish to be.
We become stronger, just like when we do physical exercise.
When we lift the weight and burdens of those things that appeared to hold us down before, we build our mental muscles.
And this way just happens to be one in which we not only have wealth in great abundance; but also that we do good things for others and enjoy a great deal of real time freedom.
You must understand that when you take up the practice of replacing bad behaviors with good, better, and best behaviors; there is no guilt.
Guilt is something that has to be proven by the repeated acceptance of pain for mistakes and bad behaviors that we once suffered from in the past.
But when we let go in the best of ways, which is to simply replace the bad with the good; then there is no proof. Because all there is now is the innocent action of success to be seen and felt.
You can erase almost all, if not all traces of past mistakes by making good right now, over and over again. Negative number one will be cancelled by a positive number one.
And when you keep going on adding positive number ones, those good things, and wealth producing activities, you soon get to ten.
Then eventually to one-hundred.
And if these ones were dollars, you can go on to attract and earn one-thousand dollars; ten-thousand dollars; one-hundred thousand dollars and up to one-million dollars and more!
You are innocent in happiness, health and wealth until proven guilty by yourself.
And the only way you can be proven guilty is by giving up on your dreams and thereby killing them.

The only thing you should have the desire to kill, are the habits, emotions, and actions that are those evil masters which are leading you down the dark path to a nightmare life.
The surest weapon in your arsenal to make this happen is the practice of replacement.
