(Exercising Your Mind) What would you do to get better sleep?

So many of you reading this are willing to do almost anything to get a good night’s rest.
I know that you would, and so many people do because the use of prescription drugs for sleep has been a rising trend in the lives of so many people.
I also hear from people everyday that I work with complaining about how tired they are all the time.
I ask “How are you doing?”
They respond “I’m so tired“.
Or something just like that.
I am sure you have noticed that this is a common answer to when you ask how other people are.
Am I right?
And there was a time when I found it very difficult myself to get to sleep when I wanted to.
But when I finally figured out how to get really great sleep naturally, my whole life really changed for the better.
I am sure that you can relate to how amazing it feels after you get a really good night’s sleep.
And if you do not, I can tell you for a fact, it is something that you must really do for yourself right away.
When I compare what my life was like when I was not getting enough rest, to what it is like now that I get as much sleep and rest that I would like; the difference is incredible!
Everything that I do is so much better when I sleep, and allow myself to wander in dreams.
I actually used to think that I was hungry, thirsty, injured, sick, and so many other discomforts when I was not sleeping enough.
When I would read, exercise, go to work, talk to friends, walk down the street; EVERYTHING seemed terrible at a certain pint.
I was suffering from chronic sleep loss.
And once again, I was amazed at how much better I felt after I learned how to get more rest and sleep.
An interesting thing to take not of, is that even though Hypnosis is not sleep, when you allow yourself to be guided through a hypnosis session you will be more rested.
I have had clients tell me that they actually thought they were asleep while I was guiding them through a transformational session.
But this was not the case, because they immediately opened their eyes when I finished counting to 5, to bring them out of the hypnotic trance state.
This means that they responded directly to the suggestion to come out of the trance, without me having to raise my voice, make physical contact, or do anything special to bring them out.
Sometimes, I have even lowered my voice a little bit to check and see if hypnosis is really a highly focused state of concentration.
Even though hypnosis is not sleep, there are many health benefits of allowing yourself to experience this sometimes deeply relaxing state of calm.
I say sometimes deeply relaxing, because I have hypnotized people who were anxious, excited, and everything else except for being calm and relaxed.
But most of the time, I relax my clients for a hypnosis session, because just the relaxation alone is enough to take the edge off of almost any challenges we may be facing in life.
