(Exercising Your Mind) As soon as you can change your idea of hypnosis from only being this specialized thing where watches are swinging, swirling vortexes are spun before your eyes, and people are clucking like dogs and barking like chickens; you can wake up.

When you broaden your definition to include anything that controls your behavior through your beliefs, you become empowered.

Because then you will be more aware of what you allow to influence your beliefs; if you care about your behavior.

But of course you do.

Since you are sharing this information right now, understanding my words, and putting what you learn to use.

And that is an example of your behavior being changed by the creation of a belief system.

Because now you believe that hypnosis is much more than you had “known” it was before.

But instead of just accepting it right away, you are being critical of the information.

And because you are doing this, you are making it more your own, and claiming a larger piece of your mind control with it.

This may be the better difference between destructive brainwashing and constructive hypnosis.
