The Best Fitness Program
(Exercising Your Mind) You are much closer to the best fitness program in the world if you find yourself in Southern California.
This is because the best fitness program in Southern California happens to be the best fitness program in the world.
I would know because I am the one who created it.
It has been built on the results I have witnessed from my clients, friends, and the feedback that I get from them, and from my own body.
Because I have been fighting for my life ever since I almost killed myself with poor nutrition from my terrible eating habits that I used to practice.
Practice makes perfect death if you practice poisonous habits.
This is not news to most people I am sure.
But why then have we been so destructive to our own bodies, even when we know the things that we should not be doing?
The answer is in the question.
Because we have been hypnotized to know so much about the things we should not be doing to the health of our bodies.
There is so much information about what we should be saying “NO” to.
Meanwhile there is very little information about what we must be doing if we insist that we really desire to be healthy, at least in the most popular media.
The same media that promises a quick fix to your poor health with pills, potions, and even surgery.
And although very rapid transformations can be, and are experienced by many people, the truth is that it takes a lot of hard work.
On top of that, it takes a great amount of dedication to your purpose and vision.
But a lot of people do not want this kind of information.
Instead they will quickly dismiss me as be judgmental, and unfair, and a bigot who discriminates against people who do not have “ideal” body types.
May be so.
But I don’t think so.
Because no matter how many “plus-size” models you put in underwear commercials and advertisements, you can not change the fact that there is not one thing biologically healthy or advantageous about being fat.
And I like a thick girl myself sometimes.
And a lot of those so-called “models” that we see every day are not “ideal” to me, and could probably use an extra sandwich or two more in their lunch box.
They are usually way too skinny!
So let’s not be dumb.
I am sharing about being too fat to walk up stairs and just do all sorts of things that life is about, like living it to the fullest through our bodies.
Because this is where we have to start.
We are biological organisms, maybe driven by souls and stuff, but physical, material beings on an Earth made of apparently solid stuff.
(Let’s stop with the quantum physics for now, OK?)
And for so long we have been hypnotized about how being fat is NOT good for our bodies, that this is all most people are ever exposed to.
So what do you think we are learning about?
I’m not mad at people who are fat.
That is like being mad at a calculator that gives you 36 as the answer to 6 times one, without taking into consideration that it is broken to multiply an added 6!
It is just working with the information that it has to start with.
And it is doing a perfect job of computing this answer of 36, because it is really multiplying 6 times one times 6!
It is broken that way.
Just like so many of us have been broken to always factor in unhealthy statistics, images, and ideas by the popular media that informs us of what is acceptable.
We are then programmed to calculate this garbage information into everything that we think and do.
And although I do my best to love on everyone and accept them for who they are and choose to be, I absolutely will not accept that everything that people choose to be is healthy and OK.
I have friends who smoke cigarettes.
But do I think smoking cigarettes is healthy?
I love people who eat at McDonalds, Burger King, Carl’s Junior and other fast food establishments; but do I pretend this is healthy?
And I have friends, family, and love all kinds of people who are fat.
But I do not think that it is healthy or OK to be in that condition.
So I would just rather not focus on it because I know it is the reason why it has gotten so much worse as time goes on.
We need to fix our mental calculators if we are to fit our physical calibrators.
The fact that something is put in front of us over and over again, right or wrong, good or bad, conditions us to become a little numb to it.
It becomes part of our familiar zone even if not in our comfort zone.
There are so many things that we are familiar with that are very uncomfortable to us, but we accept it because it is “normal“.
And all normal really means is “statistically most frequent“.
It just means there is a lot of it.
That does not make it OK.
