The Best Fitness Program
(Exercising Your Mind) What kind of results are you getting from your exercise and fitness program?
Because there are always results.
But are they the kind of results that you want?
Do you even have a fitness program?
Sometimes the results that you get are pain, fatigue, injury, and reduced health.
I can only imagine that this is not what you are exercising for.
But why do you think this type of thing happens?
If someone told you that the secret to your ultimate health was to supplement your diet with yellow # 5, and you respected their authority; you would drink.
Especially if you did not know what the stuff was, and you really trusted this person for one reason or many.
The issue with this is that there are a lot of folks in health, wellness, and personal development that have been misled by people they trust.
And so this gets passed on to me and you.
I know because I woke up from this mess of following people I trusted, without doing much of my own research because I respected their authority.
What really woke me up was the fact that I was very clearly following their instructions and actions, but I was literally killing myself because of this.
Unfortunately, if this has happened, or is happening to you, then you might be thinking it is all your fault and that you must not be doing it right.
The only fault that is yours is to keep doing the same thing that is keeping you stuck, or maybe even slowly killing you!
Trust is a natural and wonderful trait to have and give to others.
But being destroyed while making an attempt to improve your life is not cool at all.
So maybe someone told your guru, expert, or trainer that drinking yellow # 5 was the best kept health secret ever.
But you have to look at the results they are getting.
And if the results are good, are they drinking the stuff they are recommending?
Maybe their genetics are just way different than yours when it comes to metabolizing certain substances.
A major clue to the real health and fitness success is in this idea.
We are all very different from each other.
And that is the point of finding the best fitness program.
It will address this unique feature of who you are.
Which will start with the Hypnotic Abyss of your individual mind-set
It is a question of “why are you here?”
Why are you gathering information from me, and what do you want to do with your life when it comes to fitness and health?
