A Very Happy Mother’s Day: My Mom’s Real-Life Four Part Success Formula

A Very Happy Mother’s Day

My Mom’s Real-Life Four Part Success Formula

Today is a very beautiful day! That should really resonate or vibe with you in every way.

Not just because it is Mother’s Day, but because this is the way almost every day should feel.

I know that “should” is a very subjective or personal opinion. I am just
very realistic with a heavy bend of my bloom towards the sunlight of optimism.

To all of the wonderful mothers in the world,

to you I wish A Very Happy Mother’s Day!

I am eternally grateful for my own mother.

There may be many of you who do not have a great relationship with your moms but I say you should be grateful still.

After all, you are here and now reading this today.

You are about to experience something that may change your perspective about cliches and ageless wisdom.

I was very fortunate to grow up with fantastic parents who made sure that I had everything I needed and a whole lot more.

A few of the things that really stuck with me came from the wisdom and experience of my mother. I remember these things very well.

My mom did not teach these things as in a lesson that you are here and now being introduced to, but they remained with me as a four part success formula that has been a very important factor in the unbelievable success I experience every day.

The Four Part Success Formula

  1. Everything Happens For A Reason
  2. There’s Always Room For Improvement
  3. Do What You Love And The Money Will Follow
  4. What Do You Mean “Can’t”?!

You have most likely heard all or at least one of these wisdom quotes before.

But have you really applied them?

One thing is for sure is that I have and they have remained a consistent motivation for me throughout my life.

Even though my parents did a great job of raising me, I was a trouble-maker.

Not because I enjoyed trouble, but because just as I still do, I questioned everything.

So I was a handful and felt like I could discover the truth of the Universe all on my own without the help of parents, teachers and other so-called authorities.

But the four part formula has always been one of the guiding factors for me. No matter what kind of crazy shift I got myself into, this has always helped me survive and thrive.

“…And just AFTER the point where you think you can’t take it, magic starts to happen. But that can’t happen if you quit…” – David Wood

Everything Happens for A Reason

No matter what event or situation I am in, I always ask, “what is the reason or lesson for me in this?” Because that is how I interpreted the statement “Everything Happens For A Reason”.

Just having the mind-set to ask how I could learn or be better in the world no matter what is of enormous benefit.

Just imagine what life would be like if you asked yourself consistently how you could make good out of any situation. Even if the situation itself  was not “good”.

There’s Always Room For Improvement

After I would find the silver lining in the grey and stormy clouds and find the good, I would explore how even the best situation could be made better.

The question would be “How can I improve this situation?” If the situation was “bad” there were usually very obvious ways that I could make it better.

But the most challenging discipline was to expand upon the idea of creating even more good from a situation that already appeared to be great.

Think about how you could make even greater changes in your every moment when you apply this simple focus of creating even better from the best.

Do What You Love And The Money Will Follow

There are a few people like Dan Kennedy who very much disagree with this
statement.

He is correct when he explains it in his way.

Dan basically says he would like to get paid for eating pizza, drinking beer and watching football.

Because he “loves” those things.

Of course I am not discussing those things as doing what I Love and having
money follow.

What I am effectively communicating to you is that you can create a great life and earn a living doing things that you are passionate about.

I mean to let you know that you can use your talents and skills that you develop or were born with.

That you have the absolute ability to create your life on purpose.

Because if I can do it then you can do it.

I have continued to create passionately from my born with and developed talents and skills and earn more and more from doing what I Love.

What Do You Mean Can’t?!

While you may have heard the other three parts of this formula before, I claim this one as my mommy’s original.

This is the most effective excuse destroyer I have ever witnessed.

If I ever was requested to do something by school or my parents and I said “I can’t”; my mother quickly and brilliantly re-framed my perspective with the assertive and somewhat annoyed with me question:

“What Do You Mean Can’t?!”

It was very mind-expanding.

Because it caused me to question my excuses.

It directed my thoughts in such a way as to wonder how I could actually accomplish something.

This very basic question guided my mind into the understanding that there were actually no boundaries or limitations to the achievement of anything except my own thinking.

Mom, I Love You!

To this very day I am glad to say that my mother is very proud of me because of the way that I lead my life.

Today I am proud to let people know that my mother (and father) have been a great influence on my persistent, goal-focused and love-centered life.

I am right now experiencing a bliss and confidence in my continued happiness, health and success in all things because of the guidance and wisdom of my mother.

And I have had the guidance of many other mothers as well including Kay Deland, Astrid Romani, Kathie Hartnett, Misses Leyva and so many others.

Service. Honor. Loyalty.

And my two sisters, who are both in the military.

A Very Happy Mother’s Day To You!

The older sister in the United States Navy and my younger sister who is in the United States Air Force.

They are both exceptional mothers who are doing the best they can to serve this country, and to serve their children and families.

And they are doing quite an amazing job of it too!

I am blessed to have been in the nurturing care and presence of some of the most powerful women on Earth.

No matter what relationship you have had with your own mother, I know there is something you can be thankful for. It is your very own life.

You are here for a reason. Your purpose is greater than you may have ever imagined.

And if you have not before understood that you can look up to a great mother, then let my mom adopt you in spirit.

Take the wisdom I have shared in this offering and apply it to your life right now.

I know that you will find life to be a wonderful adventure as you do so right now.

Through her service, honor and loyalty to me and my siblings, my mother is able to experience her children being the best that they can be.

You can be the best that you can be.

It does not matter where you have been or what you have done.

Allow yourself to be nurtured and guided by a mother’s Love and Wisdom.

I Believe In You.

Believe In YourSelf.
