Fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga class

This is a great way to introduce you to the
basic yoga poses and postures of Ashtanga Yoga.

You’ll also be able to meet one on one with one of our
Yoga Advisors who can review classes and teachers
and guide you into the class that will meet your needs.
