The following 3 scripts are all the same, with the exception that you will plug in the specific numerological interpretation (1 through 9) for the YEAR, MONTH, and / or DAY that you have calculated AND, you will also be plugging in the word  – “year”, “month”, or “day”, for the specified time frame that you have calculated.

This is my numeral 1 year. This year is best for creativity, leadership, and starting new things. In this numeral 1 year, I will take advantage of opportunities by focusing on pioneering, independence, attainment, and individuality.

You can repeat this 3 times, or as many as you want to, and have time for.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

Before you finish, you can choose to plant a post-hypnotic suggestion for yourself, that simply acts as a reminder, or trigger that will continue to keep you self-motivated.

You might say something like:

When I open my eyes, I will be energized and fully awake. And whenever I see the number 1, I will continue to take advantage of opportunities by focusing on pioneering, independence, attainment, and individuality. Because this year is best for creativity, leadership, and starting new things.

Finally, you simply open your eyes gently, and go about your day. You can repeat this once or twice a day, a few times per week, or whenever you feel you need a boost.

  • NUMERAL (2) YEAR / MONTH / DAY

Close your eyes, breathe in deeply, and as you exhale, simply repeat to yourself:

This is my numeral 2 month. This year is best for receptivity, cooperation, and teamwork. In this numeral 2 month, I will take advantage of opportunities by focusing on adaptability, consideration, partnerships, and mediation.

You can repeat this 3 times, or as many as you want to, and have time for.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion
