Eight days ago I rolled into Rockford, Illinois at 4:20am after driving 15-hours or so on the second shift of a day-long drive from Los Angeles California.

It has been a wonderful adventure so far and looks to be set for a lot more of the same fantastic journeys for a good time yet to come.

As a matter of fact I had my very first CranioSacral Therapy session at 11:30 this morning at the Amber Ener-Chi, Inc. Holistic Wellness Center in Roscoe, Illinois.

Stefanie Skaggs is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Amber Ener-Chi, Inc. Holistic Wellness Center who has added Craniosacral Therapy to her tool-box of offering to her clients as an added and optional value.

CranioSacral therapy requires a much lighter and significantly different touch than massage. I did not have to change my clothes or take them off.

The effects and benefits were quite numerous and very astounding.

But I was prepared for the best since I already have had several great healing experiences with the founder of Amber Ener-Chi, Inc.; Amber Clancy.

Injuries And Remedies

I pulled a muscle in my right elbow during a dead-lift exercise and the scarring reduced my extension and range of motion a bit.

But after a few light touches from Stefanie, my right arm smoothly and naturally extended into a full range of motion.

My breathing also became much more shallow and relaxed while at the same time experiencing a definite increase in using each breath more efficiently.

I experienced very warm and hot sensations at the point of contact where Stefanie gently laid her hands on my body that were very curious.

Electrical buzzing and tiny electric-shock discharges and currents could be felt distant from her hands but only on the side of my body Stefanie was touching.

Muscle spasms cropped up and then quickly moved on while leaving a more relaxed feeling in their place.

I felt as if I were detoxifying as my sinuses became a bit loosened up and felt a bit runny and warm but without causing sniffles or the need to drain.

Without any conversation about trouble areas, Stefanie quickly found the residual tissue damage from a muscle I pulled in my leg.

Stefanie also spent most of her time on the right side of my body in the places where I recently experienced trauma from intensive physical training.

I was still feeling the positive effects of my CranioSacral Therapy session at the Amber Ener-Chi, Inc. Holistic Wellness Center up to an hour after the session.
