What is a System?

While I was listening to one of my Gold-Member CDs from the Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle, I heard a really great acronym for the word system that makes a lot of sense.

Save Your-Self Time Energy & Money.

Learning about how to invent or buy systems has been the main focus of my research for many years. The idea was first planted into my Garden of Suggestion many years ago when I read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

The ideas has been heavily re enforced by listening to Christopher Howard‘s many, many hours of audio programs and trainings that I own from his seminars and trainings on NLP and EXCELLENCE.

Within the last few years, I have more completely understood the power and elegance of using systems since I have created several 101-Programs of my own for use in sharing my Healthy-Living & Self-Defense Courses.

And most recently, I have been more fully initiated into the Order and Precision of using systems by studying the book by Michael Gerber called The E-Myth Revisited.

Finally, the most powerful system, because it fits my life-style design the best, has been the My BlogDealer System, the one you are most likely enjoying reading from right now!

I could even abbreviate this to

S.T.E.M. – Saving Time Energy & Money.

For many years I have been using my own blogging platforms to leverage my communication to a very large, international or global audience through the internet. Being an author of many blogs, articles and essays has been a very important tool for positioning and brand building.

All I have to do in order to share valuable information that someone has requested of me is have them visit one of my blog pages. On these pages and websites are contained many years of various forms of media. There are written texts, audio files and videos.

What Can A System Do For Me?

One of the best parts of owning, inventing and controlling a system is that it helps to do a lot of work for you while you are not present. A system, when properly applied, can help you to get things done more quickly.

You are able to multiply your skills and abilities with a system. It is like being in many different places all at once, even if you were just in one place sleeping.

A system provides leverage so that you can deposit a lot of value into the world
around you and guide, assist and help many more people than if you did
not have a system. This is being efficient, or making the best use of
your available resources.

Systems also provide a high level of predictability and can help you determine what an outcome will be in the future with a lot of accuracy.

How To Create Your Own System In Six Simple Steps

Business Automated Systems Efficiency (B.A.S.E.)

STEP-1: Identify a problem or a demand for a need or desire that is not being met or fulfilled (market demand).

STEP-2: Create or locate and outcome to the problem or unmet demand and position yourself in control of this resource.

STEP-3: Formulate a message
to inform those with the problem or demand (market) you have identified
that you have the solution to the problem and can meet their demand.

STEP-4: Deliver your outcome focused solution to the market.

STEP-5: Document and record the results of your solution in the market and improve the methods where and when needed.

STEP-6: Repeat STEPS 1 through 5.

The steps are simple to understand and to apply. But this does not always mean that it will work the way you want right away. Unless you buy a system that is already proven to work, you will have to experiment a whole lot.

The best part of working with systems is that once you do invent or buy one that works, it will most likely remain useful for a very long time. You can use your system over and over again to get the results you desire.

A system does not need to only be used in business. You can also use systems in your personal life. And if you are self-employed, own a business or are an entrepreneur; applying a system to your life will certainly Save Time Energy & Money in everything you do.
