Besides being enthusiastic about the adventures of his own life; HypnoAthletics is the collection of concepts and websites created by Hakeem Alexander to organize and document his personal healing journey, while consciously working to use the knowledge gained to share with others who may benefit from his experiences.

The Personal Exploration Topics or “PETs” as Hakeem calls them, covered by HypnoAthletics, fall under the categories of religion, art, and science; Physics and metaphysics, meditation and nutrition; hypnosis and athletics.

The founding principle of HypnoAthletics is part heuristic method, in which pupils are taught to find out things for themselves; and philology; the love of study. Hakeem calls this Heuristic-Philology: personal development through the love of learning.
