(Exercising Your Mind) I am slow most of the time, lack understanding of many things or even the knowledge of the existence of endless matters and consider myself quite stupid most of the time. This could be the reason that I have this "deluded belief" that anything is possible including so called miraculous self-rejuvenation.

Of whatever it is that ails them everyone can be cured; but not everyone will be. For some reason, it seems that so many people have the answers before them and simply do not apply the helpful or useful information, methods or techniques.

I know I have made this error time and again in my life in so many different areas. However, it seems that some will not pull themselves out of their pitiful suffering no matter how much pain and no matter how simple the remedy. "Too good to be true" I suppose.

I work with people very close to me many times; and it is so devastating to see them continue in agony when they can plainly see my life transforming as I attain more clarity, understanding, forgiveness, intellegence and serenity.

My Big-Sis recently left me a message that reads "hi lil bro, i miss u, we were talking about how the children can 'see things'. "

What she is referring to are the "hallucinations" that we both experienced in our adolescence and how her son, our nieces and nephews are experiencing the same. Mine have continued and now I can control them almost as if I were controlling a Lucid Dream which I also do with great regularity.

I understand what it is like to be afraid, alone, confused, angry, hateful, violent, sad, decietful, dishonest, ashamed, anxious, phobic, depressed, manic, neurotic and very psychotic.

It has taken me years of persistence, dissapointment, failure, hope, guidance, study, research, planning, self-experimentation, courage and success to finally come to a functional and workable self-healing philosophy.

Self-Healing. For myself. Meaning that everyone else must explore for themselves what may heal their particular ailment in that individual body, in its environment, in its unique section of time.

I do not pretend to be a doctor or have the knowledge that they have been trained in. However, I do know myself better than any doctor ever could and have decided to take upon myself the very personal mission of self-healing the many ails that have plagued me in my life-time. If anyone should seek my consult for the methods I have used for the alleviation of my ills, I will share with them the information with the belief that they may also be empowered and enabled as I have been through what I have found in my seeking.

I am even today horribly saddened to see someone very dear to me falling apart because they will not change their perspective even though it has been that perspective which has led them down a road long of terrible agony, fear, delusion, and lonliness; states I have been in time and again and have learned to remedy by accepting and uniting with nature and love.

Choosing to believe in the boundless healing of the human BodyMindSpirit and communities, rather than hopless, inaccurate and often misleading information and practitioners of such narrow reaching ideologies.

I have only just begun. I am slow most of the time, lack understanding of many things or even the knowledge of the existence of endless matters and consider myself quite stupid most of the time.

Then I remember that I don't have to feel that way and can be empowered simply by the decision to take myself to a place that is more suitable to my peace and joy.
