(Exercising Your Mind) The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program or H.A.A.R.P., pronounced Harp, was officially proposed around October of 1991, launched in 1993 and is stationed near Gakona, Alaska.

It is a cooperative project between the U.S. Navy and Air Force.

The ground-based antennae or Ionospheric Research Instrument as it is called, outputs anywhere from one to one-hundred Giga-Watts of power through a focused beam into the Earth’s Ionosphere to “temporarily” modify it to study natural ionospheric processes. It is based on some of the most important work of Nikola Tesla who kept it hidden for fear that it would be extremely dangerous if it fell into the wrong (government) hands.

The Ionosphere, aka the Upper-Atmosphere that is ionized by Solar Radiation, is sort of like an electrically charged membrane that protects all life on earth from the harmful elements of the Sun’s Radiation.

One watt per centimeter is sufficient to cause atmospheric changes; HAARP rips holes into the Ionosphere by squeezing approximately 3.6 million Giga-Watts into a 1 Giga-Watt beam and sending it upwards into the sky. An analogy of this could be drawn as a battery of a pen light which powers the light for some time.

That same battery however placed into a camera produces a quick and blinding flash. It is the quick blinding flash concept that demonstrates how HAARP’s high-frequency out-put is sent to the sky. Beaming for one and a half hours can generate the power equal to a Hydrogen Bomb.

This ionospheric tampering causes atmospheric sub-atomic particles to move faster, thus raising the temperature, lifting the ionosphere higher into space, which can create a vacuum sucking up lower atmospheric particles and potential weather changes.

This also stimulates the Ionosphere in such a way that it creates Extremely Low Frequency(ELF) Waves which move great distances through the Earth’s Lower Atmosphere through the ground. This is on a small scale what our Sun does naturally.

When Solar Wind from the Sun naturally crashes into the Earth’s Magnetosphere which is above the Ionosphere, reactions occur which are beneficial to all forms of Earth life. Human beings have magnetite in every body cell and thus we are electro-magnetic organisms.

The magnetite in living organisms responds to magnetic fields in their environment such as those maintained by the Solar Wind, Magnetosphere and Ionosphere. When the ELF Waves generated by HAARP rumble through the Earth’s Surface many interactions are possible.

It has been demonstrated that changes in ELF Waves around Humans may cause a great number of disruptions such as, depression, anxiety, hysteria, fatigue, vertigo, increased night urination, tremors, mood-swings, headaches, diarrhea, cancer, DNA destruction and other disease conditions since the nervous system’s output cycles are ELF dependent.

When a person is thinking and awake as I am now, the ELF frequency is about 13-14 cycles per second(cps). During Hypnosis, meditation or deep relaxation these waves are about 8 cps; and during sleep about 4 cps. HAARP generates ALL of these frequencies and more.

The Earth wobbles more than it used to, the atmosphere is speeding up(Global Warming) and the Earth is slowing down. The core is getting hotter and Magnetic North is changing; the Sun is older and more active than we once thought and the planet’s magnetic flux density has been catastrophically lowered from 4.0 to the current 0.4.

I don’t know much about HAARP’s ELF Waves being used to locate gold and oil within the earth, or being used to communicate with deep sea war machines, or its ability to knock out enemy missiles like some sort of Ground-Based Star-Wars Weapon. I do know however that altering the Earth’s Auroral Electro jet Currents simply for experimentation on such a grand scale is not beneficial for the planet or its inhabitants.
